摘要
实验研究了国外某三水/一水软混合型铝土矿的粒度分布,化学成分、物相组成,有效氧化铝、溶出时间及石灰添加量对溶出性能的影响,结果表明:该矿石一水软铝石含量8. 45%,石英含量低,适宜采用高温溶出。综合考虑溶出率和硅量指数,较优的溶出时间是15~20min,氧化铝溶出率达97%。适当添加石灰对铝针铁矿转变、减少溶液杂质、降低碱耗等有促进作用。
The particle size distribution,chemical composition,mineralogical composition,effective alumina,digestion time and lime addition on the digestion performance of gibbsite and boehmite mixture in foreign countries were studied experimentally.The results show that the boehmite content is 8.45%,the quartz content is low,and it is suitable to use high temperature digestion.Considering the digestion rate and the silicon content index,the preferred digestion time is 15~20 min,and the alumina digestion rate is 97%.Appropriate addition of lime,in addition to increase the digestion rate of alumina,promotes the conversion of aluminum goethite,reduces solution impurities,and reduces alkali consumption.
