摘要
本文通过对某工业电解质NaF-AlF_3-Al_2O_3-CaF_2-LiF-MgF_2-KF体系进行不同添加剂含量对其初晶温度的影响研究,结合工业铝电解实际,推导得到的NaF-AlF_3-Al_2O_3-CaF_2-LiF-MgF_2-KF系铝电解质初晶温度计算公式,并通过50个工业电解质初晶温度步冷法实测值与计算值的对比,表明计算值与实测值的偏差基本在±2. 5℃,平均偏差为1. 6℃,验证了公式的准确性,可为铝电解工业生产提供借鉴。
Research was conducted on the influence of different additive content on the liquidus temperature of industrial electrolyte NaF-AlF3-Al2O3-CaF2-LiF-MgF2-KF system,and the calculation formula for the liquidus temperature of NaF-AlF3-Al2O3-CaF2-LiF-MgF2-KF system aluminum electrolyte was deduced based on the industrial aluminum electrolysis practice.The comparison between 50 measured values via step cooling method and the calculated values for liquidus temperature of industrial electrolyte shows that the deviation between the calculated value and the measured value is basically±2.5℃and the average deviation is 1.6℃,thus proving accuracy of the formula,which could provide reference for the aluminium electrolytic industry.
