摘要 基于统计能量分析法(Statistical Energy Analysis,SEA),对邮轮舱室噪声进行预报研究。首先分析邮轮的主要噪声源,包括柴油机、发电机组、螺旋桨、空调和风机等动力设备工作时产生的空气和结构噪声。然后利用VA One软件建立了邮轮全船的SEA仿真模型,对其动力设备舱室和生活娱乐舱室等典型舱室进行了噪声预报,得到了各舱室的噪声频谱图及总的声压级值,最后与IMO标准的限值进行比较。计算结果表明除四人间室外其他舱室均符合标准。分析四人间室的主要噪声来源,发现主要是上层的空调机室对其影响较大。提出对空调机室铺设不同结构类型的浮动地板来降低四人间室的噪声值,对比分析可得结构2和结构3降噪效果良好。最后研究了浮动地板不同厚度矿棉的声学特性,发现存在最优的厚度。 Based on the Statistical Energy Analysis (SEA), cabin noise prediction and control of cruise ships is studied. The main noise sources of the cruise ships, including airdynamic noise and structural noise generated by power equipment such as diesel engines, generators, propellers, air conditioners, fans and so on, are analyzed. Then, the SEA model of the cruise ships is built by using VA One software, and the noises of some important cabins, such as living and entertainment cabins and power equipment cabins, are predicted. The spectrums of noises in those cabins are obtained and compared with the limit value of IMO standard. The calculation results show that those cabins meet the requirements except the four-people living room. It is found that the noise and vibration of the air conditioner room in the upper layer has great influence on the living room by analyzing the main noise sources of the living room. Then, the different floating floors are applied to the air conditioner room to reduce the noise of the living room. Through the comparative analysis the floating floors No. 2 and No. 3 are found to have obvious effect of noise reduction on the living room. Finally, the acoustic characteristics of the floating floor with different thickness of mineral wool are studied and the optimal thickness is found.
