摘要
为快速、准确地实现前围隔音垫选型,提升车内声学品质,展开研究。以声腔传递函数原理为理论基础,以整备车身为测试环境,通过理论分析和精准测试,明确3款不同材质的前围隔音垫隔声性能差异。通过对比分析,明确PET+EVA+双组分棉材质的前围隔音垫较适合测试样车,从而完成对测试样车的前围隔音垫选型。研究结果为整车状态下前围隔音垫选型提供了真实有效的测试案例,为降低乘用车车内噪声水平提供有效建议。
The fast and accurate selection of soundproof pads of automobile dash panels and the promotion of car interior sound quality are studied. Based on the transfer function principle of the acoustic cavity, difference of the sound insulation performances of three soundproof pads of automobile dash panels, made of different materials, is analyzed.Through the comparative analysis, the PET + EVA + bicomponent cotton soundproof pad is selected. This article has offered real and effective test cases for the selection of soundproof pads of automobile dash panels and provided a reference for reducing the interior noise level of cars.
