摘要
通过乙醇泵安装高度、氮封压力、高低液位等工艺参数的计算,储罐的选型以及工程数据的合理取值,优化工艺设计。采用了DCS控制确保储罐进料和出料,同时配合可燃气检测报警,确保乙醇储罐安全有效运行。
Through the calculation of process parameters such as ethanol pump installation height,nitrogen seal pressure,high and low liquid level,tank selection and reasonable value of engineering data,the process design is optimized.The DCS control is adopted to ensure the feeding and discharging of the storage tank,and at the same time,the detection and alarm of flammable gas are installed to ensure the safe and effective operation of the ethanol storage tank.
