摘要
根据加氢反应机理,分析副产的痕量有机杂质是煤基合成气制乙二醇紫外透光率(UV值)的主要影响因素。针对杂质成分进行原因分析,介绍现有用于提升乙二醇产品UV值的工业技术,总结不同技术的优缺点,提出煤制乙二醇产品质量提升方法的优化建议。
From the hydrogenation reaction mechanism,this paper analyzes that the trace organic impurities by-product is the main influencing factor of the ultraviolet transmittance(UV value)of glycol production from coal-based syngas.Based on the causes analysis of impurity components,this paper introduces the existing industrial technologies for improving the UV value of ethylene glycol products.The advantages and disadvantages of different technologies are summarized,and the optimization suggestions for the quality improvement methods of coal-based ethylene glycol products are proposed.
