In the new era,the"Belt and Road"initiative is an important support for the construction of Chinese discourse power in the reality of the world economic development.It is also an inevitable choice to help the smooth development of trade.Based on the goal of expanding the influence of China’s own international discourse power,this paper,on the basis of the in-depth consideration of the perspective of the right to speak and the importance of constructing the"Belt and Road"initiative in the new era,we should promote the steady realization of the vision of smooth trade in order to promote the"Belt and Road"initiative.The comprehensive and deep development of the"Belt and Road"initiative provides assistance for the spread of human destiny community consciousness and the promotion of Chinese discourse power.
