This paper introduces the composition of utilities system,pressure and purpose of utility station of chemical plant.At the same time,the setting location of utility station,piping layout,the key design points of piping support and hanger,etc.are explained.In addition,the winterization of utility station should be considered in the design,and pipe blind end and dead angle should be minimized in order to avoid the hidden danger of freezing.
