填海区复杂地层双盾构隧道地表沉降研究 被引量:1

摘要 盾构法是地铁隧道施工常用的工法之一,但对于填海地区盾构推进过程中引起复杂地层的地表沉降的机理,目前还缺乏足够的认识和工程实践经验积累,有待进一步深入研究。为此,本文以深圳地铁某区间地铁隧道开挖为例,利用三维非线性有限元软件Midas/GTS NX对地铁双盾构隧道开挖过程进行数值分析,计算得到由隧道开挖造成的地表沉降曲线,结合实际监测数据分析了隧道地表沉降随盾构推进时沿横向分布的变化规律,为本工程的后续施工及类似工程提供理论依据与指导。 The shield tunneling method is one of the commonly used construction methods for metro tunnel construction.However,for the mechanism of ground settlement caused by the complex stratum during the process of the drive of tunnel boring machine in the reclamation area,there is still insufficient knowledge and experience in engineering practice.It needs further study.Hence,this paper takes the metro tunnel excavation in a certain area of Shenzhen metro as an example.The three-dimensional non-linear finite element software Midas/GTS NX is used to simulate and analyze the construction excavation process of the metro double shield tunnel,and the ground surface settling curve caused by tunnel excavation is obtained.Settling curve,combined with monitoring data,are used to analyze the variation law of tunnel surface settlement along the transverse distribution with shield advancement,and provide theoretical basis and guidance for follow-up construction of the project and similar projects.
