基于多媒体的护理访视对腰椎间盘突出症患者术前焦虑和生命体征的影响

Effect of multimedia-based nursing visit on preoperative anxiety and vital signs in patients with lumbar disc herniation

目的探讨基于多媒体方式的护理访视对腰椎间盘突出症患者术前焦虑及生命体征的影响。方法选取2017年1月～12月收治的60例腰椎间盘突出症需要手术的患者作为研究对象,采取随机数字表分成两组,每组30例。其中观察组采用多媒体术前访视,对照组采用常规术前访视,分别于干预前后对比观察两组患者的焦虑量表评分(STAI),收缩压和舒张压,心率、呼吸频率和体温等指标。结果两组患者术前的STAI评分及生命体征比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后对照组的STAI评分、收缩压、舒张压、呼吸频率及心率均显著升高(P<0.05),而观察组上述指标均显著降低(P<0.01),两组指标比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),观察组的指标显著低于对照组,即观察组的指标值更接近正常参考值。两组患者术前术后的体温无明显波动。结论基于多媒体的护理访视对于腰椎间盘突出症患者术前焦虑有缓解作用,并能稳定患者的生命体征。

Objective To explore the effect of multimedia-based nursing visit on preoperative anxiety and vital signs in patients with lumbar disc herniation. Methods From January to December 2017,60 patients with lumbar disc herniation who needed surgery were selected as study objects,and they were divided into two groups according to random number table,with 30 cases in each group.Multimedia preoperative visits were used in the observation group and routine preoperative visits were used in the control group.And then,STAI,systolic and diastolic blood pressure,heart rate,respiratory rate and body temperature were observed and compared before and after intervention. Results Before operation,there was no statistically significant difference in the STAI scores and vital signs between the two groups( P >0.05).After operation,the STAI score,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,respiratory rate and heart rate of the control group significantly increased( P <0.05),while those above-mentioned indexes of the observation group significantly decreased( P <0.01),difference between the two groups was statistically significant( P <0.01).The indexes of the observation group were significantly lower those of the control group,that was to say,the index value of the observation group was closer to the normal reference value.No significant fluctuation of body temperature were found between the two groups before and after operation. Conclusion Multimedia-based nursing visit can alleviate preoperative anxiety and stabilize vital signs of patients with lumbar disc herniation.
