含植物皂基的低泡高活性厨房洗涤剂的制备 被引量:1

摘要 以精练植物油的副产品粗脂肪酸为原料,经过皂化盐析等方法处理后,与适当比例的其他助剂混合配制,从而得到一种含天然皂基的厨房专用洗涤剂。通过对制备的含天然皂基洗涤剂的去油污能力(平均净洗力)和去农药残留能力(去除力)的测定,及对市售产品的对比研究,鉴定其应用效力。结果表明,以市售化学品洗涤液为阳性对照:当测得的市售洗涤剂的平均净洗力为98.60%时,含植物皂基的该低泡厨房洗涤剂的平均净洗力为92.65%。进一步采用气相色谱法(GC)和薄层层析(TLC)法定性分析表明,GC分析显示该洗涤剂对敌百虫和高效氯氰菊酯农药都有较好的去除力;同时TLC分析表明,制备的该低泡厨房洗涤剂对敌百虫的去除力高于市售洗涤剂,对高效氯氰菊酯农药的去除力与市售洗涤剂功效接近。 The crude fatty acid by-product of refined plant oil as raw material,after being treated by saponification and salting out,and other methods,the product is mixed with other auxiliary agents in proper proportion,so as to obtain a kind of efficacy kitchen detergent.The degreasing capacity(average cleaning capacity)and pesticide residue removal capacity(removal capacity)of the detergent are measured.The results show that the commercial chemical cleaning solution is the positive control,when the average net cleaning power of the market detergent is 98.60%,the average net cleaning power of the kitchen detergent of containing vegetable soap base is 92.65%.GC and TLC methods are used for qualitative analysis and commercial detergents are used as positive controls.GC analysis shows that the saponious hypo foam kitchen detergents have better efficacy in the removal of dichlorvos and high-efficiency cypermethrin pesticides.TLC analysis and comparison,containing plant natural saponins low-bubble kitchen detergent to dichlorobacteria than the municipal detergent removal,high efficiency of cypermethrin pesticides and the efficacy of marketing detergent close.
