摘要
研制的漏播补偿系统,采用等待补种、实时充种的方式,根据补种过程各动作时间关系,控制电磁阀和补种系统排种器动作时间,实现适时补种。该系统以2BYFZ-4型玉米免耕精密播种施肥机为载体进行田间试验,结果表明:安装漏播补偿系统后,机具在5~7km/h速度下播种合格率提升至99. 47%、99. 35%、98. 75%,漏播补偿系统补种性能良好。
The miss seeding compensation system developed in this paper,uses the method of waiting for reseed and filling seed in real time,the system controls solenoid valve and seed-metering device of reseed system to achieve timely replanting according to the relationship between the movement time of reseeding process.The system is carried out field experiment,using 2BYFZ-4 maize no-tillage precision seeding and fertilizing machine as a carrier.When the miss seeding compensation system is installed,the sowing rate of the equipment is raised to 99.47%,99.35%,98.75%at the speed of 5-7km/h,the reseed performance of the miss seeding compensation system is well.
