摘要
为了研究水稻气力有序抛栽,一般采用土槽试验或者田间试验的方式,但这种方式费时费力。为此,提出采用仿真试验的方式,研究水稻气力有序抛栽钵苗运动过程,并通过高速摄影试验验证仿真的合理性。仿真试验采用ANSYS FLUENT和ANSYS LS-DYNA相结合的方式,模拟抛栽气压为0. 5MPa时,水稻钵苗在导苗管内的运动过程。仿真试验表明:水稻钵苗会紧贴导苗管中段侧面下滑,导致钵苗抛离导苗管时,横向位置有集中分布现象;导苗管前后壁无相同作用,导致钵苗纵向位置分布无明显规律。相应研究为改进导苗管结构及提高抛栽有序性提供了理论依据。
Field experiments and soil bin experiments are generally used to study the pneumatic ordered throwing transplantation of paddy pot seedlings.But it is time and energy consuming to conduct these experiments.To solve this problem,this paper proposes the simulation experiments to study the movement of paddy pot seedlings in the process of pneumatic ordered throwing transplantation.The simulation experiments were verified by the high-speed photography experiments.The above simulation experiments were carried out by combining ANSYS FLUENT and ANSYS LS-DYNA.It simulated the movement process of the paddy pot seedlings in the inner and outer guiding tubes,when the pressure in the tank was 0.5MPa.Through the result of the simulation experiment,it is determined that the paddy pot seedlings would slide down on the side of the middle section of guiding tubes.It causes that the lateral position of the paddy pot seedlings would be concentrated when they were thrown out the guiding tubes.There is no same effect on the front and back walls of the guiding tubes.So there is no obvious rule in the distribution of the longitudinal position of the paddy pot seedlings.The corresponding research provides the theoretical basis for improving the structure of guiding tubes and the order of throwing transplantation.
