摘要
利用工业4.0背景下的嵌入式和物联网技术,采用TI公司Sitara系列的AM5728处理器,结合图像处理技术,设计了一套基于工业4.0的智能式香梨分级机自动控制系统。试验结果表明:系统正确分级数均超过9 3 0个,即正确率都在9 3%以上,且效率高,稳定性强,具有广阔的市场空间。
In this paper, the automatic control system of intelligent pear grading machine based on industrial 4 is designed and researched based on the embedded technology and Internet of things technology under the background of industry 4.0 and the AM5728 processor of Sitara series of TI company combined with image processing technology. The experimental results show that the correct classification number of the system is more than 930, that is, the accuracy rate is over 93%, and the system efficiency is high, and the stability is strong, so it has broad market space.
