摘要 旋耕机是完成耕、整作业的农耕机械,具有很好碎土、整平的功能,可为播种提供良好的基础,在现代农业中应用广泛。农业旋耕机在作业中的重点是深度的控制,而CNC技术可以实现旋耕机-旋耕深度自主控制。工作时利用安装在机械上的计算机测定土壤情况,并将监测到的数据及时地反馈给计算机,经计算机分析后实时地调整液压悬挂机构,使其达到要求的耕地深度,完成耕整作业。试验表明:CNC技术控制的旋耕机可以达到耕耘深度的要求。 Now the rapid development of network technology,a variety of CNC machinery manufacturing enterprises have begun to widely use CNC technology to manufacture all kinds of machinery. Computer digitization has become the development direction of all kinds of mechanical progress. Computer numerical control system in the numerical control system when the basic equipment,is also an important part. Agricultural rotary tiller is the completion of farming,the whole operation of farming machinery,with a good broken soil,leveling the function for the back planting to provide a good foundation,widely used in modern agriculture. Agricultural rotary tillers need to focus on the depth of control in the operation,CNC technology can achieve rotary tiller-rotary tillage depth of independent control. Using the computer installed in the mechanical measurement of soil conditions will be monitored in a timely manner to the computer response to computer analysis,real-time adjustment of the hydraulic suspension mechanism to achieve the required depth of arable land to complete the tillage operations. Through the experiment found that: CNC technology control of the rotary tiller can achieve the requirements of the depth of cultivation.
