摘要
本文利用扫描电镜和透射电镜,对Ni-20Mo-10Cr(at.%)高温合金中纳米级Ni_2(Cr,Mo)超点阵析出相进行了系统的电子显微学分析,发现Ni_2(Mo,Cr)超点阵相和基体γ相之间存在两种特定的取向关系,分别是:[010]Ni_2(Mo,Cr)//[001]_γ,(002)Ni_2(Mo,Cr)//(220)_γ和[111]Ni_2(Mo,Cr)//[112]_γ,(011)Ni_2(Mo,Cr)//(311)_γ。
The Ni-20Mo-10Cr (at.%) superalloy is thermal exposure at 800 ℃ for 20 h. Plenty of nanometer-sized Ni2 (Mo,Cr) superlattice phases precipitated, in which Mo or Cr atoms occupied every three (220) Ni planes regularly. The orientation relationships between the precipitates and the Ni-Mo-Cr matrix are determined as [010] Ni2 ( Mo,Cr)//[001]γ,(002) Ni2 ( Mo,Cr)//(220)γ and [111] Ni2 ( Mo,Cr)//[112]γ,(011) Ni2 ( Mo,Cr)//(311)γ using transmission electron microscopy.
