摘要
本文利用场发射透射电子显微镜,研究了铜网上所生成枝晶的晶体结构。结合CrystalMaker软件模拟电子衍射花样结果,确定该枝晶是由约5 nm的小晶粒组成的介孔类单晶材料。另外,结合电子显微分析结果和定向吸附理论,分别从微观和宏观上对该枝晶的生长过程进行了合理推测并提出了Cu_2S枝晶生长模型。
In this paper, transmission electron microscope equipped with a field emission gun is applied to study the microstructure of the fractal crystals on TEM grid. Furthermore, with the simulation results of the single-crystal diffraction via the software named CrystalMaker, those crystals are indexed as mesoporous single-crystal-like hexagonal Cu2S composed of numerous nano-crystals in size of 5 nm. Combining the electron microscopy analysis with oriented attachment theory, the growth progress of those fractal crystals is speculated microscopically and macroscopically, and hence the dendritic growth model is proposed.
