摘要
利用多功能电子蠕变松弛试验机及自制压缩装置,以揉碎的甜高粱秸秆为试验物料,选取不同的喂入量为试验因素进行压缩松弛试验研究。结果表明:喂入量对压缩后物料的变形恢复量的大小具有一定的影响,其恢复变形过程主要发生在应力衰减拐点处。依据试验数据建立了相应的数学模型,其拟合决定系数均大于0. 99,均方根误差均小于0. 09,对实际生产具有一定的指导意义。
Using the multi-functional electronic creep relaxation tester and self-made compression device,the crushed forage sorghum straw as the experimental material,different feeding amounts were selected as the experimental factors for the compression relaxation test.The results show that the feeding amount has a certain influence on the amount of deformation recovery of the compressed material,and the recovery deformation mainly occurs at the inflection point of stress attenuation.At the same time,the corresponding mathematical model was established based on the experimental data,the fitting determination coefficient(R^2)are more than 0.99,the root mean square error(RMSE)are less than 0.09.To an extent,it has certain guiding significance for actual production.
