网络化电路仿真在拖拉机电器故障诊断中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 为了降低拖拉机排放污染问题,很多拖拉机生产厂家已经开始研发新能源拖拉机,以期利用新能源替代燃油燃烧排放产生的污染物。在新能源拖拉机设计过程中,电器改造及电气系统故障诊断是设计的重要问题。为此,以一款新型拖拉机的电器系统为例,采用新能源混合动力技术对空调电器系统进行了改造,并建立了基于神经网络技术的空调电器故障诊断系统,最后对诊断系统的性能进行了实验验证。结果表明:采用神经网络仿真系统对新能源拖拉机空调系统进行故障诊断的准确性较高,对于拖拉机空调智能诊断系统的研究具有重要的意义。 In order to reduce the problems of the emissions of tractor pollution,a lot of tractor manufacturers have begun to develop new energy tractors,pollutants using new energy to replace fuel combustion emissions.In the new energy tractor design process,electrical transformation and fault diagnosis is an important problem in the design of electrical system.In this study,taking a new type of tractor electrical system as an example,it uses the new energy hybrid technology for reconstruction of the air conditioning system,and establishes the fault diagnosis system of air conditioner based on neural network technology.And the last performance of the diagnostic system are validated by experiment.The verification results show that the neural network simulation system is more accurate for the fault diagnosis of the new energy tractor air conditioning system,and it is of great significance for the tractor air conditioning intelligent diagnosis system.
