摘要
钞票分离机构的研究在存取款一体机设计过程中非常重要。建立了钞票分离过程的数学模型。包胶轮的旋转速度、包胶轮对钞票的压力以及钞票之间的摩擦因数等为分离机构中最为重要的参数,利用数学模型对其优化处理。结果表明:增加转速有利于钞票分离,增加压力对分钞产生不利影响。
The research on the separation mechanism of banknote is very important in the design process of automated bill input/output.A mathematical model of the separation process of banknote was established.The most important parameters of the separating mechanism are the rotating speed of the rubber-coated wheel,the pressure of the rubber-coated wheel on the banknotes and the friction coefficient between the banknotes.The mathematical model was used to optimize the parameters.The results show that the increase of the speed is beneficial to the money separation,and the increase of pressure will have a negative effect on the banknote.
