摘要 为了构建刀具设计制造一体化管理体系,提出利用基于模型定义(MBD)技术对制造资源进行建模和管理。制造资源建模是制造资源管理前提和基础,基于MBD技术的思想,对刀具制造资源按照MBD技术的特点进行资源分类,在此基础上对制造资源建模进行需求分析,对零件模型MBD数据集需要包含的信息进行归纳,并且应用面向对象技术,利用UML建模工具建立制造资源模型,根据映射关系建立关系数据库表,把刀具制造资源以库的方式组织到一起。以四刃立铣刀为例对刀具制造资源建模过程进行说明,最终把刀具制造资源信息基于刀具三维模型进行统一组织。 In order to construct the integrated management system of tool design and manufacturing,the model definition based(MBD)technology was proposed to model and manage manufacturing resources.Manufacturing resource modeling is the premise and foundation of manufacturing resource management.Based on the idea of MBD technology,tool manufacturing resources were classified according to the characteristics of MBD technology.On this basis,the requirement analysis of manufacturing resource modeling was carried out.The information needed to be included in the part model MBD data set was summarized,and the manufacturing resource model was established by using object-oriented technology and UML modeling tool.According to the mapping relationship,a relational database table was established to organize tool manufacturing resources in a database way.Taking four-edge end milling cutter as an example,the process of tool manufacturing resource modeling was explained.Finally,the tool manufacturing resource information was unified based on the three-dimensional model of the tool.
