摘要
血细胞分析采用激光散射测量白细胞的分类,现有的光束整形系统采用氦氖激光源,体积庞大、零件较多。分析光束整形的原理,设计半导体激光源的整形系统,并采用ZEMAX进行仿真对比,半导体激光源的整形系统能达到与氦氖激光源整形系统相同的效果,并且结构简单、体积小、成本低。
Blood cell analysis uses laser scattering to measure the classification of white blood cells.The existing beam shaping system uses He-Ne laser source,which is huge and has many parts.The principle of beam shaping was analyzed,and the shaping system of semiconductor laser source was designed.The shaping system of semiconductor laser source can achieve the same effect as that of He-Ne laser source shaping system.It has the advantages of simple structure,small volume and low cost.
