摘要
变电站的对点工作是为了校验调度主站存储的站内设备信息和实际变电站设备信息是否保持一致性,从而确保电力SCADA系统能进行安全、准确、可靠的信息交互,保证调度主站对变电站实施正确的监控、保护和控制。通过电力SCADA系统的信息流分析,剖析变电站侧的信息模型和调度主站侧的信息模型,解析并提取MMS报文和IEC104报文的关键信息,分别建立变电站侧的对点表、调度主站侧的对点表以及综合对点表,提出基于时标信息的信息匹配方法和变电站对点方法。该方法能够有效解决短时间间隔内多报文的信息干扰问题,提高对点工作的效率和准确性。
The counter point of the smart substation is to verify the consistency of the substation information stored in the dispatching center and the actual substation information from substation,so as to ensure that the SCADA system can carry out the safe,accurate and reliable information interaction,and to ensure the correct monitoring,protection and control of the substation.Based on the information flow analysis of power SCADA system,the information model of the substation and the dispatching center were analyzed.The key information of MMS message and IEC104 message was analyzed and extracted to set up the counter point table of the substation,the counter point table of the dispatching center and the integrated counter point table respectively.A new method based on timing information of information matching and counter point for substation were proposed,which could effectively solve the problem of information interference in multi-messages within a short time interval and improve the efficiency and accuracy of counter point work.
