摘要
按压力管道元件制造许可规则对球阀做型式试验,并根据型式试验的要求对球阀的设计依据、主要性能规范和结构形式做说明,分析球阀在做型式试验所需专用部分(阀体壁厚、阀杆的扭矩和直径的确定、中法兰强度和中法兰螺栓)设计计算及验算。
According to the licensing rules of the pressure pipe components,the ball valve should be tested,and according to the requirements of the type test,the design basis,main performance and structure form of the ball valve should be explained.Detailed analysis of design calculation and calculation of special parts(body wall thickness,determination of torque and diameter of stem,strength of medium flange and medium flange bolt)required for type test of ball valve.
