“多规合一”中空间规划底图编制技术

The Technology of “Multi-Planning United” Basic Map

现行的空间规划工作底图生产主要以地理国情普查数据为基础,对其他地表分类数据考虑较少,导致最终成果的接受程度因部门不同而有较大差异。本文提出一种在空间规划工作底图生产阶段即考虑不同部门数据之间的融合方案,并利用ArcGIS中的脚本工具进行批量处理,生产与实际更符合的现状一张图数据,为划分三区三线提供更可靠的基础数据。

The current production of the map is mainly based on the results of geographic conditions census,seldomly taking other land cover data into account,so the final receptivity has great difference because of the classification of department.This paper proposed that,we considered the fusion plan of the data from different departments at the step of the map production,and used ArcGIS to achieve the batch processing,then we could get the chart data with the present situation actually,which would provide more reliable basic data to divide three zones and three lines.
