摘要
高铁桥墩纠偏施工是一个动态过程,纠偏效果具有一定的滞后效应,对监测的实时性和精度的要求很高,自动化手段成为一种必然选择。根据徕卡TM30测量机器人在某项高铁桥墩纠偏施工项目进行自动化监测的实例,通过介绍其方案设计、监测方法、数据分析等过程,验证了自动化监测在高铁桥墩纠偏施工中具有的应用价值与前景。
High-speed train piers rectification construction is a dynamic process and has a certain extent hysteresis effect.Hence it is necessary to select automatic tools because of high-demanding for monitoring precision and instantaneity.Leica TM30 measurement robot has been applied for automatic monitoring in a high-speed train piers rectification construction.Through introducing its program design,monitoring methods and data analysis,it is verified that automatic monitoring has application value and prospect.
