血管活性肠肽在人颅脑损伤伴骨折中的表达及意义

Expression and significance of vasoactive intestinal peptide in human traumatic brain injury combined with fracture

目的探讨外周血中血管活性肠肽(VIP)在颅脑损伤合并骨折时的表达及意义。方法 ELISA检测血管活性肠肽及成骨标志性因子核心结合因子1(Cbfa1)在颅脑损伤合并骨折、单纯骨折、单纯颅脑损伤患者及正常志愿者中的表达,X射线评价颅脑损伤合并骨折及单纯骨折组的骨折愈合情况。结果血管活性肠肽在颅脑损伤合并骨折患者中的表达明显高于单纯骨折患者和正常人; Cbfa1在颅脑损伤合并骨折患者中的表达高于单纯骨折组,并且Cbfa1的表达强度与颅脑损伤程度相关,X射线证实血管活性肠肽和Cbfa1表达水平高的颅脑损伤合并骨折患者的骨折愈合加速。结论颅脑损伤导致的血管活性肠肽的高表达与骨折愈合呈正相关。

Objective To investigate the expression and significance of vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP)in patients with traumatic brain injury(TBI)combined with fracture.Methods The expression of VIP and osteogenic factor Cbfa1 in peripheral blood of patients with TBI combined with fracture,TBI only,fracture only and normal volunteers were detected by ELISA,and the fracture healing of TBI combined fracture and simple fracture group were evaluated by X-Ray.Results The expression of VIP in patients with TBI combined with fracture was significantly higher than those of simple fracture patients and normal volunteers.The expression of Cbfa1 in patients with TBI combined with fracture was significantly higher than those of simple fracture group,the expression intensity of Cbfa1 was related to the degree of brain injury,and the accelerated fracture healing in patients with TBI combined fractures were observed by X-Ray.Conclusion The high expression of VIP caused by TBI is positively correlated with fracture healing.
