子宫切除的阴式手术治疗进展

随着微创理念的增强,手术器械的改进,经阴道子宫切除的科学性和艺术性不断完善、创新,手术适应证也逐渐拓展,取代了部分腹式和腹腔镜下子宫切除术。但阴式子宫手术存在术野小,暴露和操作困难,易损伤邻近脏器等缺点。因此,如何选择最有利的手术方式,确保手术安全与成功十分重要。阴式子宫切除手术已取得诸多突破性进展,本文对阴式子宫手术治疗的现状、临床应用、手术治疗进展进行综述。

With the enhancement of the concept of minimally invasive surgery,the improvement of surgical instruments,the continuous improvement and innovation of the scientific and artistic nature of transvaginal hysterectomy,and the gradual expansion of surgical indications,partial abdominal and laparoscopic hysterectomy has been replaced.However,trans-vaginal hysterectomy has disadvantages such as small operative field,difficult exposure and operation,and damaging adjacent organs.Therefore,it is very important to choose the most favorable surgical method to ensure the safety and success of surgery.In this paper,the status,clinical application and progress of vaginal hysterectomy are reviewed.
