摘要
密炼机混炼过程中胶料质量的难以控制,一直是橡胶塑料机械行业面临的问题。论文介绍了基于24位高精度ADS1248测温专用芯片和PT100铂热电阻的多路温度采集系统,经过PT100温度采集电路得到的模拟电压信号经过ADS1248进行模数转换后送入以STM32F103控制器进行处理,通过测量混炼胶温度th,冷却水温度ts,转子温度tr和上顶栓压力p,利用模糊自适应PID控制算法,实现对转子转速r、冷却水温度ts和上顶栓压力p的有效控制。该控制系统测温原理简单,精度高,响应度强,并对密炼机混炼温度实现了有效控制。
It is difficult for the rubber and plastic machinery industry to face the problem of the difficult control of the quality of the rubber in the mixing process of mixer.This paper introduces the multi-channel temperature acquisition system of 24 bit high precision ADS1248 temperature chip and PT100 platinum thermal resistance based on the analog voltage signal PT100 temperature acquisition circuit by ADS1248 for analog-to-digital conversion after processed by STM32F103 controller,by measuring the mixing temperature of the cooling water temperature of th,ts,tr and temperature on the top of the rotor bolt pressure p,using fuzzy adaptive PID control algorithm,the rotor speed r,effective control of cooling water temperature ts and pressure p. The control system has sim? ple temperature measuring principle,high precision and strong response,and it has effectively controlled the mixing temperature of mixer.
