摘要
通过求解非定常不可压缩RANS方程,对某空泡水筒流场进行数值模拟。通过与试验数据相对比,验证模型的有效性和模拟精度。通过对水筒整体流场进行分析,探究空泡水筒不同位置处的流场特性;重点分析工作段内不同断面处的流速分布,探究附面层厚度、均匀度和湍流强度等流场特征。数值结果表明:工作段轴向速度的均匀性较佳,湍流强度1%。
A model of the water flow in a cavitation tunnel is built on the basis of the unsteady incompressible RANS equation to evaluate the quality of the water flow.The model is verified through comparing the calculated results with physical experimental data.The verified model is used for simulation study of the flow field in the cavitation tunnel.The characteristics of the flow field at different positions of the tunnel are investigated,focusing on the velocity distribution in different transverse sections of the working section of the tunnel.The thickness of the boundary layer,velocity uniformity and the intensity of turbulence are obtained through analyzing the data.The simulation indicates that the axial velocity uniformity along the work section of the tunnel is good and the intensity of turbulence is much less than 1%.
