An HTML5 based cyber-ship monitoring and control system interface which is self-adaptive to mobile devices and desktop terminals is developed with Bootstrap to scale the widgets,parameters and fonts according to the user side devices.The software development also takes the advantages of ZRender and JQuery in rendering and encapsulation.This design supports cyber-ship monitoring and control system software.
