摘要
针对湛江钢铁550 m2烧结机篦条堵塞现象,从堵塞物成分、糊堵机理、堵塞物来源等方面进行分析研究,结果表明,造成台车篦条间隙堵塞的主要原因是碱金属氯化物以及单质硫的附着、富集;碱金属、S主要来源于美洲矿,Cl-主要来源于脱硫废水、焦化废水。通过降低美洲粉矿和含碱金属高的含铁固废粉尘配入比例,同时减少焦化废水、脱硫废水使用量,烧结机篦条糊堵明显缓解,烧结矿产量、质量及生产稳定指标也有所改善。
Aiming at the problem of blocking between gates on the sintering machine with an area of 550m 2 in Zhanjiang Iron&Steel Co.,Ltd.,the blockage components,blocking mechanism and source of blockage were studied and analyzed.The results showed that the main cause of blocking was the attachment and enrichment of chlorides of alkali metals and sulfur.The alkali metals and sulfur were mainly from American ore,and the chloride ion was from desulfurization wastewater and coking wastewater.Combined with production practice,the countermeasures,such as reducing the usage of American ore and iron-bearing waste dust which containing high alkali metals,decreasing the recycled amount of coking wastewater and desulfurization wastewater,were adopted to mitigate the blockage.
