进口真空感应炉真空系统的国产化改造

Domestic transformation of imported vacuum induction furnace vacuum system

德国产1 000 kg真空感应炉是宝钢特钢有限公司20世纪80年代进口的大型设备。30年的使用,真空系统的性能已明显下降,导致冶炼时间长,不能满足某些高质量要求钢种的冶炼。研究、设计和实现了一种能满足高要求的真空系统,其极限真空指标接近进口新机的水平。改造的主要内容是:保留3台增压泵DN500高真空阀门及增压泵进排气管道和接口;保留炉体出口3台预真空机组DN350真空阀门及进出口管道和接口,原来的3台OB8000油增压泵采用国产油增压泵WZ-5OOA,增压泵公用的1台SV630维持泵改用国产的HGL150;原来2套并联罗茨滑阀机组:一组为RA7001+WAU2000+2台E250,另外一组为RA5001+WAU1000+1台E250,用2套ZJP1800/ZJP600/HGL150并联作为粗抽机组和高真空前级机组。所有罗茨泵国产机组泵进出口接口和管道及管道中所使用的辅件重新设计、制造和选用。

1 000 kg VIM made in Germany was a big machine imported in 80’s 20 century.After thirty years,the performance of vacuum system drops down obviously,and this causes long melting time,which is not suitable for some high quality melting of steel grates.This paper studied,designed and realized one vacuum system which can meet strict requirements.The ultimate vacuum can reach close to the one on a new imported machine and the machine is available to be manufactured locally.The revamping includes:maintain 3×DN350 vacuum valves on booster pumps and their connecting pipes and connector as well;maintain 3×DN350 vacuum valves on prevacuum pumps and their connecting pipes and connector as well,the original oil booster pumps OB8000 would be changed into homemade oil booster pumps WZ-5OOA,the backup pump changed into homemade HGL150;two pump sets changed into one RA7001+WAU2000 plus two E250,the other one is RA5001+WAU1000+one E250,parallel connected two sets of ZJP1800/ZJP600/HGL150 as brief vacuum pumps and prevacuum pumps for ultimate vacuum.All the connectors and auxiliary parts designed,manufactured and chose again.
