基于城市河道型水库健康评价指标体系研究——以赣州市八境湖水库为例

Research on Health Evaluation Index System of Urban River-type Reservoirs——A Case Study of Bajinghu Reservoir in Ganzhou

城市河道型水库常作为城市河流的重要组成部分,与城市居民的生产、生活以及城市景观等紧密相连。健康的城市河道型水库是城市人口、经济发展的基本需要,维持正常水生态系统的运转,对实现生态文明建设具有重要意义。基于河流健康的内涵,构建出含水文水资源、库岸结构、水质、生物和社会服务功能等5个方面14个指标的城市河道型水库健康评价指标体系。以赣州市八境湖水库为例,采用层次分析法的模糊综合评价模型,进行河道型水库健康评价。结果表明:2017年八境湖水库评价结果为(0. 451,0. 491,0. 034,0. 022,0. 002),处于健康状况,其中社会服务功能是该区域健康的主要影响因素。

The urban river-type reservoirs are importsant part of urban rivers,and are closely linked to the production,living and urban landscape of urban residents.A healthy urban river-type reservoir is the basic needs of urban population and economic development,and maintaining the operation of normal aquatic ecosystems,which is of great significance for the realization of ecological civilization.Based on the connotation of river health,a health evaluation index system for urban river-type reservoirs with 14 indicators including water resources,physical structure,water quality,biological and social service functions was constructed.Taking the case of Bajinghu reservoir in Ganzhou,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of the analytic hierarchy process was used to evaluate the health of the river-type reservoir.The results showed that the evaluation results of the Bajinghu reservoir are 0.451,0.491,0.034,0.022,0.002,respectively,in 2017,which were in a healthy state,and the social service function was the main influencing factor of health in the region.
