摘要
基于研究区自然地理及水系条件,在现状条件下进行水系排涝能力模拟,模拟研究区在5、10年一遇设计暴雨下,河道漫溢及城市内涝情况,定量的给出了河道水位及积水深度、积水节点等信息,并根据现状调查和分析给出了城市内涝形成的原因。针对现状河道整治方案,模拟其可能出现的水情,从而分析规划方案的适用性与可行性,以期对城市排水规划、城市防灾减灾措施制定提供科学依据。模拟方法具有一定的通用性,可为其他城市防涝系统能力评估提供参考。
This paper simulated the river overflows and urban waterlogging under the design rainstorm that occurs once every 5 years and once every 10 years,and the quantitative information such as river water level,water accumulation depth,and water node were given.According to the investigation and analysis of the current situation,the causes of urban waterlogging are given as well.In view of the current river regulation scheme,the possible water situation was simulated to analyze the applicability and feasibility of the planning scheme,so as to provide scientific basis for urban drainage planning and urban disaster prevention and reduction.The simulation method in the study has a certain universality,soit can be used in other cities.
