摘要 开展水土保持预防监督工作是水土保持法赋予水行政主管部门的一项重要工作,传统的技术方法已经不能完全满足当前水土保持预防监督工作的需要。高分辨率卫星遥感是遥感技术发展的重要方向之一,具有高分辨率、快速、动态等特点,目前已在水土流失动态监测中获得广泛应用。结合中国水土保持预防监督工作的特点和需要,在总结高分辨率卫星特点的基础上,探讨了应用国产高分辨率卫星遥感调查的可行性以及解决的主要问题。认为其是一种快速获取空间动态信息的有效方式,是提高水土保持监督检查工作效率、降低工作成本的一种重要信息源。 Carrying out soil and water conservation prevention and supervision is an important task assigned to the water administrative department by the Soil and Water Conservation Law.The traditional technical methods can not fully meet the current needs of soil and water conservation prevention and supervision.High-resolution satellite remote sensing is one of the important directions for the development of remote sensing technology.It has the characteristics of high resolution,fast and dynamic.It has been widely used in the dynamic monitoring of regional soil erosion.Based on the characteristics and needs of soil and water conservation prevention and supervision work in China,this paper discussed the feasibility and main problems of applying domestic high-resolution satellite remote sensing survey on the basis of summarizing the characteristics of high-resolution satellites.It was considered to be an effective way to quickly obtain spatial dynamic information,and it was an important information source for improving the efficiency and reducing the costs.
