摘要
目前,负序和谐波条件下的电能计量方式仍然存在争议。以电气化铁路为研究对象,从功率因数调整电费的角度介绍了现行功率因数、算术功率因数、矢量功率因数和等效功率因数等参数的定义,对比分析了负序和谐波条件下功率定义的合理性。最后,通过仿真和实测数据分析了不同视在功率定义方法的应用特性。结果表明,等效视在功率因数更能反映牵引供电系统负序和谐波对电网产生的影响,具有更广泛的适用性与合理性。
At present , electric energy metering is still controversial under situations with negative-sequence and har-monic. In this paper , electrified railway is taken as a research object , and the current definitions including power fac-tor , arithmetic power factor , vector power factor and equivalent power factor , are introduced from the aspect of adjust-ing electricity charge with power factor;in addition , the rationality of the definition of power under negative-sequence and harmonic conditions is also compared and analyzed. Finally , the application characteristics of different apparent power definition methods were analyzed based on simulation and measurement data. The results showed that the equiva-lent apparent power factor can better reflect the influences of negative-sequence and harmonic in the traction power supply system on the power grid , and its applicability and rationality are much more wider.
