高校基层教师党支部政治功能巩固创新研究

Study on Consolidation and Innovation about the Political Function of Basic Teacher's Party Branch in University

新时代,在全面从严治党的形势下,高校基层教师党支部工作面临着政治功能不能有效发挥的新情况。针对源于教师认识、工作特性等方面的深层次原因,并结合党支部"五化"建设的要求,提出了支部协同、精细服务、多维监督的巩固创新教师党支部政治功能的举措,以利于有效和长效地发挥基层党支部的战斗堡垒作用。

During the new time,under the situation of seeing Party self-governance exercised fully and with rigor,the Party branch of basic teacher in university faces the new conditions on the effective use of its political function.According to the deep-rooted reasons of teachers’recognition or job characteristics,this paper puts forward the measures of strengthening the innovation of political function of the teachers’Party branch by the synergy of branches,fine services and multi-dimensional supervision,in order to play the role of the basic Party branch as fighting bastion effectively.
