高碳铬铁生产全原料焙烧入炉工艺的热平衡分析

摘要 以中钢吉电近期在工程设计内容中提出的用高碳铬铁合金、高碳锰铁合金的矿热炉煤气为燃料,高温焙烧全部入炉原料的创新工艺流程为依据,选定高碳铬铁矿热炉煤气可全部用于自身原料处理环节、系统内部二次能源全循环为研究对象。采用高碳铬铁生产过程的物料平衡及全原料焙烧入炉的热平衡方法,针对此新工艺流程整理出简易、明晰的设计框架及部分理论基础数据。希望可以实现相关的生产实践与文章的理论框架相结合,为促进新工艺流程的执行做出贡献。 Based on the innovative process that high-carbon ferrochrome, high-carbon ferromanganese submerged arc furnace gas is used as fuel, and the high-temperature roasting of all the raw materials into the furnace recently proposed by Sinosteel Jidian in the engineering design content, the article selected high-carbon ferrochrome furnace gas can be used for the processing of its own raw materials, the secondary energy cycle of the system as the research object. The article adopts the material balance of the high carbon ferrochrome production process and the heat balance method of the whole raw material roasted into the furnace. A simple and clear design framework and some theoretical basic data are compiled for this new process.It′s hoped that the relevant production practices can be combined with the theoretical framework of this paper and contribute to the promotion of the new process.
