摘要
熔融渣离心法制取的无机矿物纤维成分范围一般为:SiO_2 40%~55%,Al_2O_3 10%~18%,CaO 10%~25%,MgO 6%~12%,酸度系数2~2.6。文章通过中试试验,探讨研究了无机矿物纤维理化指标与其主要成分之间的关系,试验给出了无机矿物纤维上述成分要求的合理性,同时确定了各自成分条件下不能成纤的极限值,为无机矿物纤维制造行业提供有益的参考。
The composition range of inorganic mineral fiber prepared by centrifugal method of molten slag is generally follows: SiO 2 40%~ 55%, Al 2O 3 10%~ 18%, CaO 10%~ 25%, MgO 6%~ 12%, acidity coefficient 2 ~ 2. 6. Through pilot test, the relationship between the physicochemical index of inorganic mineral fiber and its main components was studied. The reasonableness of the above composition requirement of inorganic mineral fiber is given in the experiment. At the same time, the limit value of fiber failure under each component condition was determined. It provides useful reference for inorganic mineral fiber manufacturing industry.
