摘要
本文结合南京实际情况,分析了共有产权房的价格构成,并对PPP模式下共有产权房中政府与私人企业出资比例、政府部门与购房人产权的分配等问题进行研究,在此基础上揭示各产权主体之间的产权利益及分配关系。
Based on the actual situation in Nanjing,this paper analyzes the price structure of Common Property Housing,and studies the ratio of government and private enterprise investment of Common Property Housing in the PPP mode,the distribution of government departments and property rights of buyers,On this basis,it reveals the property rights interests and distribution relations among the property rights subjects.
