Current Situation, Difficulties and Path Optimization of Financial Precision Poverty Alleviation in Hebei Province

十三五"是我国实现全面建成小康社会的决定性阶段,金融精准扶贫是农村扶贫开发的重要手段之一,是实现全面建成小康社会的关键支撑。本文结合河北省贫困地区的基本情况及金融精准扶贫的当前现状,分析金融扶贫在河北省实际中面临的困境并提出可以摆脱当前扶贫困境的路径优化建议。

“The thirteenth five-year period”is the decisive stage for China to realize the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects.As one of the important means,financial targeted poverty alleviation is the key of the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects.Based on the basic situation of poor areas in Hebei Province and the current status quo of financial precision poverty alleviation,the article analyzes the plight of financial poverty alleviation practice in Hebei Province and some suggestions about path optimization can be used to get rid of the plight of the current poverty alleviation.
