巧用“课堂拓展”解决市场营销顶岗教学中的问题——以六安职业技术学院为例

摘要 当前高职院校市场营销专业人才培养过程中普遍采用顶岗实习这一专业教学方式,但是粗线条的教学顶岗实习过程往往会暴露出专业教学过程不连续、职业思想与职业技能培养力度不均衡以及专业建设过程中校企脱节等令人棘手的问题。开展"课堂拓展"这一创新性的教学活动,可以很好地解决上述问题。 Now post practice,as one of professional teaching methods,is widely adopted in the education of marketing professionals in higher vocational colleges.Teaching internship process often exposes some problems such as discontinuity of professional teaching process,unbalanced training of vocational ideas and skills,and disjunction between schools and enterprises in the process of professional construction.Implementation of“classroom explanation”,as one creative teaching activity for the students of post practice,will successfully solve the mentioned problems.
