冻结管断裂的施工处理技术研究

摘要 通过对冻结管断裂的分析,获得了其主要原因是冻结管材质的低温脆化、冻结管接头焊接使连接部位的强度降低以及冻结过程中冻土体的冻胀对冻结管施加的附加摩擦力和弯曲应力。总结了施工中判断冻结管断裂的常用技术手段,提出了冻结管断裂后的处理方法,并结合具体工程介绍了冻结管断裂后的处理过程。 The main reasons for the fracture of the frozen pipe were obtained through the analysis of the influence of the fracture on the construction process and the damage to the construction process. That is freezing pipe properties of low temperature, freezing pipe welding to lower the strength of the connection parts, and the freezing process of frozen soil frost heave of frozen pipe additional friction force and the bending stress. Based on the main reason of the fracture of the frozen pipe, the common technical means for judging the fracture of the frozen pipe in the construction are analyzed. The treatment method is put forward to deal with the fracture of the freezing tube in the freezing construction process.
