摘要
从招标过程的招标形式、机构选择、价格形式等各个主要环节入手,分析了招标投标阶段建筑工程造价控制中存在的弊端和通病,并提出了相应对策以及改进造价控制的相关办法,以降低工程成本,提高企业经济效益。
This paper analyzed the disadvantages and common problems of building engineering cost control in bidding stage from the bidding forms, mechanism selection, cost forms and each main links in bidding process, and put forward corresponding countermeasures and the relevant methods to improve the construction cost control, to reduce the engineering cost, improved the enterprise efficiency.
