摘要
BIM(建筑信息模型)作为建设信息化的重要技术,对于现场施工管理具有很好的指导作用。分析了现场施工管理存在的问题,重点研究了BIM技术在施工阶段进度、成本、质量中的应用价值,为以后施工单位应用BIM实际工程提供了一定的参照。
BIM (Building Information Modeling), as an important technology of information construction, has a very good guiding role for site construction management. This paper analyses the problems existing in the field construction management, and focuses on the application value of BIM technology in the progress, cost and quality of the construction stage, which provides a reference for the future construction units to apply BIM in practical projects.
