摘要
介绍了精细化管理的相关概念,分析了工程建设中精细化管理应用的必要性,明确了存在的问题,并结合问题所在提出了针对性的应对策略,以达到提升工程建设质量的最终目的。
This paper introduced the relevant concepts of fine management, analyzed the necessity of fine management application in engineering construction, clarified the existing problems, and combining with problems put forward some targeted countermeasures, to gained the purpose improvement of the engineering construction quality.
