摘要 责任矩阵法是实施工程项目精细化管理在理念和工具方面的深化、补充和加强,是实现强抓成本,推动项目成本基础管理基本定型稳步提升的重要手段,与精细化管理、项目管理实验室活动、成本管理的最终目的是高度一致的,以杭州地铁5号线某地铁站施工为例,阐述责任矩阵法在工程项目混凝土损耗管控中的应用,为实现项目的成本管理提供一定参考。 Responsibility matrix method is the compulsory and strength of specific management of implementing engineering project in aspects of concept and instrument, is the important methods for promoting stable growth of project cost fundamental management, is in accordance with the eternal targets of specific management, project management lab activity and cost management. Taking the subway station construction of Hanzhou subway line No.5 as an example, the paper describes the application of responsibility matrix method in engineering project concrete management control, which has provided some guidance for realizing the project cost management.
