Dust explosion is a strong chemical reaction and a catastrophic threat to food processing plants.Dust explosion will directly lead to the loss of manpower,material and financial resources.Therefore,we must pay attention to the prevention and rescue of dust explosion.This paper mainly analyzed the causes and characteristics of dust explosion in grain processing plants and put forward effective preventive measures against its harmfulness in the hope of providing help for related industries.
