摘要
在对潍坊市部分高校青年教师教学能力发展需求分析的基础上,将"微格教研"理论引到青年教师教学能力培养活动中,结合地方教学实际,提出了基于微格教研的高校青年教师教学能力培养模式.在该模式中,详细论述了青年教师培训的过程和方法,凸显了其科学性和有效性.
In this paper, by analyzing the development requirements of the teachers teaching ability of several Universities and Colleges in Weifang, and by binging the Micro teaching and research theory into the activity of excellent teachers and lessons combined with the actual situation of practical operation, a training mode of young teachers teaching ability in Higher Colleges based on Micro teaching and research has been put forward, and in the training mode, detailed training procedures and methods have been analyzed and its scientificalness and effectiveness have been shown.
